Commercial Exterior – Russel Metals

For this commercial exterior project at Russel Metals, we refreshed the existing posts, columns, sign posts, and frame with a durable, professional coating system designed to restore the appearance of the metal while providing long-lasting protection.

The project began with thorough surface preparation. All visible rust was wire brushed away, and the surfaces were cleaned and prepared for coating. We then applied Sherwin-Williams KemBond HS, an alkyd-based, rust-inhibiting primer, to provide a solid protective foundation.

For the finish coat, we applied two coats of Sherwin-Williams Pro Industrial Multi-Surface Acrylic (MSA), providing a durable finish suitable for a demanding commercial exterior environment.

The colour scheme combines White on the columns with Midnight Clover (DLX 1138-7) on the green elements, creating a clean, refreshed appearance while maintaining a strong commercial presence.
