Chadd Benteau
General Manager
With experience in the painting industry since 2016—from his early days as a student painter to managing a franchise—Chadd brings a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence to every project. He values building connections with clients and prioritizes quick, detailed communication to ensure a smooth experience from start to finish. Outside of work, Chadd enjoys spending time outdoors, especially mountain biking, hiking, and fishing.
Andrew
Andrew has a background in the construction industry and is in his third year with Elite. As Production Manager, he oversees daily projects and ensures Elite levels of quality. A problem-solver with deep knowledge of procedures and products, Andrew balances work with family time. He loves exploring the outdoors in the Annapolis Valley.
Brandon
Brandon has transformed hundreds of spaces since joining Elite in 2013. Known for his quick work and high-end finishes, you can usually find him with a brush in hand. A basketball enthusiast who volunteers with youth programs, Brandon keeps the team morale up with morning coffee (and his infectious laugh).
