Devon Arnold
Owner, General Manager
Devon joined Elite 11 years ago after running a successful student painting business while earning his finance degree. A four-time Gold Award recipient, he brings strong project management skills and people-focused leadership to his role. Devon finds fulfillment in client transformations and lives by the motto “Work hard, play hard.” Outside work, he enjoys outdoor activities with his family, skiing, and surfing.
Thomas
Thomas joined Elite in 2021 after an award-winning career with College Pro Painters, where he rose from painter to franchise manager and Hall of Fame member. A self-described "people person," Thomas loves the variety at Elite. He stays active with multiple sports activities, recently completing an Olympic triathlon that embodies his motto: "Live life to its fullest."
Antonio
Antonio has been with Elite for six years, bringing construction and customer service expertise to his role-planning and organization skills—all of which help him communicate daily about project progress. He finds it easy to transform spaces for clients, because he finds painting both relaxing and meditative.
Nathan
Nathan discovered his painting talent in 2009 and joined Elite six years ago after seeing our projects on Instagram. He started with commercial properties and now focuses on residential work, specializing in quality, efficiency, and job site management. When he’s not transforming beautiful homes, Nathan enjoys mountain biking, building trails, and hiking with his dog.
