Exterior Hardie Board and Trim Repaint – Sherwood Park
This exterior repaint north of Sherwood Park was designed to fully refresh and protect a home finished with Hardie Board siding, cedar details, and exposed foundation surfaces. The homeowners wanted a clean, modern look with a coating system built for Alberta’s climate.
Our Edmonton exterior team:
- Applied two coats of Cloverdale Guardian on all Hardie Board siding, providing durable color and protection for the main body of the home
- Used SharkSkin Hybrid Solid Stain on trim, window and door frames, cedar shake gables, and wood soffits, tying all the wood elements together with a rich, uniform finish
- Finished the foundation and parging with Cloverdale Cover Coat, giving the lower portions of the home a clean, consistent appearance
To safely and effectively reach elevated areas, we rented and operated a Z45 lift, allowing for thorough preparation and even application on upper siding, gables, and soffits.
The result is a professionally prepared, multi‑product exterior system that refreshes the home’s appearance from top to bottom and is built to stand up to Alberta’s sun, temperature swings, and seasonal weather.
