Spencer Janke
Owner, General Manager
With nine years at Elite and a background in student painting and business, Spencer is driven by problem-solving and building lasting client relationships. He feels his team members are Elite’s greatest assets and finds helping clients ‘love their space’ rewarding. Outside of work, he enjoys mountain biking and spending time outdoors with family.
Kalyna
Kalyna has 12 years of industry experience working with 7 different companies! She loves wallpaper installation (somebody has to), fine-finish staining, and large-scale spraying. Kalyna loves her team and loves transforming spaces, and she always puts people first. Fun fact: she’s also a former trombone player.
Ramon
Ramon has been with Elite for almost 3 years after 12 years in the painting industry. He has worked on many commercial projects, including EPCOR utilities work. Ramon values respect, honesty, and integrity, and brings precision and professionalism to every job. He is certified in CPR and aerial lift safety.
Corrina
Corrina found painting in 2012 after being laid off. She quickly fell in love with the trade, and now has experience in new construction, insurance work, and renovations. She’s been with Elite for just under a year. Known for her speed, high standards and organizational skills, Corrina believes painting helps families “turn a house into a home.”
Brooker
Brooker joined Elite in June 2024, bringing 5 years of painting experience and 4 years of steel stud and drywall. In his spare time he loves to collect vintage glassware, refinish furniture, and repair clocks. A big fan of the Office television show, Brooker jokingly says he lives by the philosophy of one of the main characters, Dwight Schrute: “Whenever I'm about to do something, I think, ‘Would an idiot do that?’ And if they would, I do not do that thing.”

Corrina
Corrina found painting in 2012 after being laid off. She quickly fell in love with the trade, and now has experience in new construction, insurance work, and renovations. Eduin
During his 4 years with Elite, Eduin has transformed many homes while continuing to build his skills through various projects. When he’s not getting joy from transforming customers’ dreams into reality, he enjoys traveling, motorcycle riding, family time, and walking his dog. Eduin values respect, tolerance, kindness, and happiness in both work and life.
Kayla
Kayla made the switch from laboratory science to painting with Elite in 2019, when the water testing lab she worked at closed. She has a background in general contracting and renovations, but she’s also great with customer communication—particularly with easing anxieties about timelines. Outside of work, Kayla enjoys gardening, crafting, making kombucha, and spending time with animals.
