As a contractor I was happy with the fact that they showed up when they said they would and did the job they agreed to.
As a homeowner I was happy when the crew that showed up were respectful and friendly people. And they did a great job and conducted themselves well. Very easy to work with.
I had a great experience with Elite. It was a large, full house renovation upgrade. There were a few different wall colours and a few build ins that needed the extra touch. They pulled it off and I'm very happy with our final result.

We took multiple quotes to have the exterior of our house painted. We received a fair price from Elite Trade Painting and just had the work completed over 3 days.  Highly recommend for anyone looking for an exterior house painting job.  Professional, timely, attention to detail, Dulux paint products.  Our house looks fantastic. Our experience with Elite Trade Painting was an extremely positive one.  Shawn visited our home last fall and gave an estimate and a few suggestions and alternatives for choices leading up to the painting job.  The work has just been completed carefully and professionally, and the quote given last fall was honoured.  A great team, and a great contact at the company.
The house that we wanted painted is mainly 150 years old with an addition forty years old.  We had done paint and stain work on portions over the last thirty years, but the house needed a complete treatment.  After getting the quote from Shawn, we were told it would be sometime the following spring.  Shawn kept in contact and we were happy to hear that things would get underway in late May.
We chose to have the additional house washing prior to the scraping.  The scraping and painting was done by a group of three or four fellows, all polite, all careful, all hardworking. The scrapings were collected daily on tarps. The three colour paint job, with some finicky detailing on the molding, looks terrific.  Thank you, Chris and team!
Lastly, we so appreciated the careful approach of the painters.  Not only did they leave their work items organized and protected, but they treated the house and the garden carefully.  Indeed, they worked around a nesting bird and we are very pleased about that, as well.
