Big and Small Warehouse Painting
Time to Paint the Warehouse
Painting of an empty warehouse prior to occupancy is the most cost effective and efficient means of completing the project. This allows ceilings walls, doors, and floors to be painted easily and allows time for paints and coatings to properly cure before usage.
Coordinating Painting of an Active Warehouse
Painting of an operational warehouse takes organization and coordination. Understanding how to maintain operations and minimizing disruption is what we do at Elite Trade Painting. We will organize your project to allow for operations to continue while maintaining an effective painting program for your warehouse
Paints and Coatings for Your Busy Warehouse
Our estimators will analyze your needs and provide you with options for painting your warehouse. The choice of products will affect the planning of your warehouse project; choosing an epoxy floor for the warehouse will require cure time prior to the operation of forklifts.
When it is necessary to cease operations, resuming activities can be affected by the product choice or the timeframe required for work to be completed.
Bright and Safe Warehouses
Bright warehouses are safer warehouses. Providing a safe place for your employees to work with proper safety markings is an important part of maintaining a healthy workplace. Our painting services can assist you with your safety standards.
The selection of colours is made easy with Elite Trade Painting. We provide colour charts and samples as well as guide you in the use of our suppliers’ online tools.
Empty warehouses require very little for the client to get ready. Operational warehouses will require planning and coordination to facilitate painting. Our estimators and production teams will work with your organisation to complete the painting most efficiently and effectively.
We usually paint warehouse ceilings with latex drywall; these have rust inhibitors, great coverage, and, typically, require one coat without a primer.
We typically paint warehouse walls with a durable acrylic semi-gloss. There are also other options such as eggshell acrylics or one-component acrylic epoxies. Depending on usage and requirements, our estimators will provide the most cost-efficient and effective products for your walls.
A solvent-based two-part epoxy is the best product for operational warehouses. Floor enamel is a cheaper option; however, the durability and longevity of this product are not appropriate for most warehouse floors.
Our Process – Simple. Professional. Well Communicated.
It begins with a quote request; then, a follow-up call to go over the project and arrange a site visit. We will create a custom and detailed quote(s) from our onsite review.
Once you review your quote(s), you can proceed to book the job by calling your estimator or their office, sending an email, text, or accepting it through our online quote system.
In the booking process, we will confirm options for start dates. Then there is a discussion and a plan created for colour options. Once approved, a team is scheduled for your project.
When our team arrives, onsite preparation and painting will commence—completing the project in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring the high standards for Elite projects.
Upon completion and inspection, we will clean the site removing all gear/equipment. We will then protect the quality of your project with our two-year guarantee. We will provide you with an invoice for review.
