What to expect from your Elite Painter for the Day
A painter will be at your site at the time set by you and our team

Note- items listed below are based on average types and standard two coat painting with average preparation. The amount accomplished can vary based on prep and variations of items being painted.
What’s Included
Time
- 1/2 hour set up and travel
- 6-7 hours work time.
- 1/2 clean up.
- 1/2-hour travel and gear removal
- The hours include 2 fifteen-minute paid breaks during work progress and a 30 minute unpaid lunch may also be taken.
- Standard painting gear (this includes equipment for painting of walls, ceiling and trim as well as equipment for minor repairs)

- Materials included – Caulking, spackle wall repair, tape, roller sleeves (2), whizz sleeves (2) an additional charge will apply for large wall repair and excessive caulking requirements)

The house that we wanted painted is mainly 150 years old with an addition forty years old. We had done paint and stain work on portions over the last thirty years, but the house needed a complete treatment. After getting the quote from Shawn, we were told it would be sometime the following spring. Shawn kept in contact and we were happy to hear that things would get underway in late May.
We chose to have the additional house washing prior to the scraping. The scraping and painting was done by a group of three or four fellows, all polite, all careful, all hardworking. The scrapings were collected daily on tarps. The three colour paint job, with some finicky detailing on the molding, looks terrific. Thank you, Chris and team!
Lastly, we so appreciated the careful approach of the painters. Not only did they leave their work items organized and protected, but they treated the house and the garden carefully. Indeed, they worked around a nesting bird and we are very pleased about that, as well.
