Vinyl siding is rated for a 30-year life span but actually lasts much longer. Newer homes have neutral colours while the older homes will have colours from the era of install that can be best described as more adventurous.

A wide range of colours for vinyl siding
In the past painting vinyl siding was restricted to the same colour tone or a lighter one as darker colours current would attract heat and cause the siding to warp. This limited colour choices for clients.
The introduction of vinyl safe colour technology by major paint manufacturers has safely opened up the painting of vinyl siding to almost any colour that a customer desires. There are still some colour limitations but these are irrelevant for the majority of clients.
Great Paint Is Important but Proprietary Paint Is Not
There are contracting companies that have proprietary products for vinyl siding that achieve great results. However, all major paint manufacturers have great products that achieve similar results. Your Painted Vinyl Will Last for a Long Time
The majority of paint failures on the exterior of homes are caused by moisture. Water does not penetrate vinyl and hence is not susceptible to moisture related failures. Providing that the paint is fully adhered to the vinyl, the coating will last as long as the siding. Like vinyl, paint will fade over time and may require a re-coat in 10-15 years.
The Process
Vinyl siding painting is relatively simple; start with a power wash of the surface and after the vinyl has dried, the coating begins.
Two coats of a satin finish is then applied with a sprayer or with a brush & roller technique.

From start to finish we create value while treating your home or business with respect and professionalism.
Quoting
It begins with a quote request. Then a follow up call to go over the project and arrange a site visit. We will create a custom detail quote(s) for the work from our onsite review.
Booking
Once you review the quote(s) you can proceed to book the quote by calling your estimator or their office, sending an email, text or accepting it through our quote system.
Scheduling
In the booking process, we will confirm options for start dates. There is a discussion and plan created for colours. Once confirmed a team is then scheduled for your project.
Production
When our team arrives onsite preparation and painting will commence. Completing the project in a timely and efficient manner ensuring the high standards for Elite projects.
Completion
Upon inspection and completion, we will clean the site removing all gear/equipment. We will then protect your project with our 2yr guarantee. An invoice is provided for review.
