Moncton Brick and Masonry Painting
Brick can be stylish and classy. Masonry can be beautiful. However, time has a way of fading those elements, leaving your home looking worse for the wear. At Elite Trade Painting, we can help revive your Moncton area home or business. We offer state of the art brick and masonry painting and staining that allows you to breathe new life into aging architecture.
Can Brick and Masonry Really Be Painted and Stained?
Yes, we have been painting and staining brick and masonry for over 30 years and we are happy to bring that experience and expertise to bear with your home or business. We can paint or stain both exterior and interior brick and masonry surfaces, helping create the look and feel that you want and need.
What Products Are Used with Brick and Masonry Painting and Staining?
At Elite Trade Painting, we believe that achieving the best results for our Moncton customers starts by ensuring only the highest-quality products are used. To that end, we use paint from Dulux (Weathergard and Diamond), as well as from Sherwin Williams (A-100 and Resilience). We use brick and masonry stain from Dulux (Perma Crete), as well as from Permatint. Our goal is always to create a long-lasting colour and finish that reflects your sense of style and aesthetics.
Full Coverage or Individual
We understand that each homeowner’s tastes are unique, and because of that, we offer the ability to paint the entire surface (full coverage), or we can paint individual bricks and leave the mortar the original colour.
What Process Is Used for Brick and Masonry Painting and Staining?
Whether you opt for brick and masonry painting, or choose to go with stain, the process begins the same way. We first clean and prepare the surface. We use environmentally-friendly cleaning chemicals combined with state-of-the-art power washing equipment to remove dirt, dust, built-up debris, pollen, and mould from the surface of your home.
Once the surface is fully cleaned and dried, we begin the painting or staining process. Most of our paints require two coats in order to fully cover the brick or masonry surface. Stain, both solid and semi-transparent, also require two coats. However, note that some colour choices may require additional coats.
